Dr. Geshay was born in Cleveland, Ohio and as his fathers’ career advanced, lived in Knoxville, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He attended Washington and Jefferson College as an undergraduate, before being awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1981.

Dr. Geshay continued his advanced training at a two year residency program, receiving his Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.  During his residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Dr. Geshay received extensive training in caring for children with developmental, medical and special needs. He is strongly committed to advancing his knowledge and skills through continuing education, with a special emphasis in sedation and orthodontics.

As a pediatric dentist for over 29 years, and a father of three, Dr. Jim understands the importance of creating a warm, welcoming, friendly and safe dental home for children of all ages from infancy through young adulthood. He thrives to provide the highest, most advanced quality dental care while treating every child as his own.

While not practicing Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Geshay enjoys boating, bow hunting, international sports fishing, sporting clay shooting, scuba diving, snowmobiling and traveling with family and friends. He has a special interest in Early American Cultures and Civilizations and has traveled extensively through Latin American in the pursuit of these interests.  Dr. and Mrs. Dr. Geshay have been married for 26 years and have three children that are a great source of pride.
